Our Direct Cremation is a simpler and often more affordable option. The cremation takes place without a service, ceremony or attendance of mourners.

Direct Cremation Package
£1,550.00
Our competitively priced package is inclusive of the following;
- The transfer of the deceased into our Chapel of Rest (within 15-mile radius)
- Care and preparation of the deceased prior to the cremation
- A dedicated member of our team to make all the necessary arrangements including the completion of all necessary paperwork (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays)
- Our Standard Ridgeway coffin
- Transporting the deceased direct to a crematorium local to us
- The Cremation fee
- The Direct Cremation is available during weekdays only (excluding Bank Holidays)
All relevant documentation is to be completed before the cremation being booked.
The above Direct Cremation fee must be paid in full and in advance of the cremation taking place.
Additional Costs
- Chapel visitations can be arranged by appointment and during weekdays only and will be charged at £50 per visit.
- A mileage fee of £1.25 per mile will apply for transfer of the deceased exceeding 15 miles.
